We begin with a thorough consultation to understand your product, capacity and timeline. Our in-house engineering team at Chattogram or Dhaka reviews your requirements and recommends the most suitable container type, size range and printing approach.
Design & 3D Mockup
Our engineers produce precise technical drawings and a free high-quality 3D render with your artwork applied for approval. No single unit is produced until you have confirmed every detail.
Sample Production
A physical sample is produced using our in-house CTP and UV printing system, guaranteeing ZERO artwork adulteration. Structural integrity and print fidelity are verified before any mass production begins.
Mass Production & QC
Production runs across our fully automated lines at Chattogram and Dhaka — automated assembling machines, automated press machines and 2-head UV printing delivering 25 million units per year. Rigorous quality checks at every stage — raw tinplate, CMYK printing, forming, assembly and final inspection to your approved sample.
Pack, Ship & Deliver
Finished cans are packed in PP bags, cardboard dividers and double-walled cartons, then shipped worldwide with full tracking. Standard lead time: 30–35 days from sample sign-off.
